Hillside also means climbing so be prepared. Many renters have a car or rent one. Or they simply walk down the hill and take a taxi up! Remember, if it has a view it most likely has a hill. The best value is a house or condo in the city. You can get 2-3 bedrooms, maybe a pool, patio and parking for less. They are also easily accessible and fewer hills.
